Chase the No's

Putting yourself out there is kind of scary. Maybe even like a game of chance, because well, in the words of Forest Gump, "you never know what you're going to get." But then again maybe we do know what we're going to get, and maybe we are scared as hell. So the game of chance begins. 50/50 are the odds. Acceptation or rejection, yes or no. I've learned that in order to achieve what I want, I can no longer be afraid of No's, I must embrace them. Welcome them with open arms and embrace them. Use them as strength and motivation to keep chasing after the yes's. There are so many yes's waiting to be given, but it only takes one. Just one yes. One individual to see you, hear you, and believe in, you. Don't be afraid to chase the no's, because when one door closes you walk down the hallway looking for another. So in a way, every no is not really a no, but a redirection to the right door, the person, and the right time.
