Pre- Workout Smoothie Recipe

If you love a good PB &J then you will love this smoothie! I absolutely love this smoothie as a quick meal in the mornings. Since I wake up a lot earlier these days to get through my morning routines, I don't have a big appetite, so created this smoothie recipe as a meal replacement for those mornings. I absolutely love everything about this smoothie. From the taste to the many benefits of it's ingredients. It really packs a punch!



Benefits of Smoothie Ingredients


Almond Milk is dairy free and vegan and it has way less calories than regular milk

Coconut Water is a natural electrolyte and contains many antioxidants

Berries are high in fiber, vitamin C, and Antioxidants. They also help reduce cholesterol and lower blo0d pressure


Bananas contain vitamin B6, Vitamin C, improve digestive health, gives your energy, and contains manganese which aid the body in creating collagen


Chia Seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3s

Peanut Butter Good source of protein, in moderation

Raw Unfiltered Honey contains antioxidants, helps with digestive issues,

Prep Time:5 Mins

Cook Time: 5 Mins

Servings: 3 Servings



Here are the ingredients for my delicious PB&J Smoothie:

1 1/2 cup Almond Milk

1 1/2 cup Coconut Water

3 cups Frozen Smoothie Mixture ( with Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Kale)

1 tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 tbsp. Peanut Butter (Or any nut butter you prefer)

Generous Drizzle of Honey




Directions: Add All Ingredients to blender to blend until smooth.
